金刚石具有优异的光电性能,是新一代半导体材料;调控金刚石薄膜的光电性能及研制功能器件是实现金刚石在电子工业中应用的关键。为了给国内外同行提供一个交流的平台,共同探讨该领域的前沿问题,激发创新思想和灵感,促进更深更广的合作,拟于2015年5月16日在浙江工业大学举办“金刚石薄膜及其功能器件”国际研讨会,现将有关事宜通知如下:
