学院举办第四十五期至真讲坛—新加坡科技设计大学杨会颖教授讲座

20161027日下午13:30,新加坡科技设计大学杨会颖教授来我院进行了学术交流,并在材料学院会议室(子良A220)作了题为“Low dimensional carbon nanomaterials fornew generation energy storage devices”的学术报告。本次报告由材料学院陶新永教授主持,学院其他领导及相关专业师生参加了本次学术活动。

杨教授此次讲座主要介绍了低维碳基纳米材料在新一代储能器件的应用。首先,杨教授简单介绍了当前储能设备的主要应用,并指出了目前存在着容量低、衰竭快、设备要求高及安全等问题。随后杨教授提出了可穿戴储能设备作为新一代技术革命的发展情况,并着重介绍了其研究团队目前关于低维碳纳米材料在新一代储能设备中的应用的一些研究成果。杨教授主要分四个方面进行介绍,分别为低维碳基纳米材料在氮参杂石墨烯构筑纳米壳、柔性器件、3D打印技术及关于电池安全性的PE自我保护方面的应用情况,同时展示了其研究团队进行相关实验测试后的数据成果,与到场师生进行了交流分享。整个报告深入浅出,充分展示了杨教授与时俱进、超前的学术态度。杨教授在报告中还结合了环境及海洋资源再利用等问题,使在座的师生受益良多。

报告的最后,杨教授和在场师生对报告中的学术问题进行了深入的交流与讨论,并且双方就学术交流和人才联合培养等方面的合作有了初步的沟通。最后,此次报告在师生们的热烈掌声中宣告圆满结束。
