Alex Khomich副教授简介：

Alex V. Khomich 博士为俄罗斯科学院无线电与电子工程研究所“半导体光学测试”研究团队负责人。他于1991 年开始从事CVD 金刚石和类金刚石薄膜的光学测试研究。目前的研究方向主要包括：CVD 金刚石和类金刚石薄膜的光学测试，天然金刚石与CVD 金刚石的离子注入技术，金刚石电化学性能研究，CVD 金刚石制备后处理工艺，类金刚石材料的激光诱导修正以及金刚石表面化学等领域，此外他还从事有关半导体结构的椭圆光度法谱学以及光电晶体物理学等方面的研究。AlexKhomich 是天然和CVD 金刚石以及其他碳材料定量光谱测试的专家。发表了近110 篇论文；多次在国际学术会议上做报告，其中八次为邀请报告。 

报告内容简述：

The graphitization of CVD diamond films - grain boundaries transformations, features and mechanisms of graphitization for various crystal faces of diamond single crystals and the discovery of new carbon phases at the volume of diamond single crystals damaged by laser radiation.
